REGISTRY &
WINDOWS ANTI-FORENSICS

 

 This class will be 4 hours in length and we encourage you to come early to get a seat up front!    The Windows Anti-Forensics presentation will not be made available outside the venue.  The class is full, but a waiting list has been created.  The topics of the presentation will be:

• *Registry Forensics
  Introduction the Registry
  Where to find (h)keys of evidence
  Tools to use (freeware, shareware, commercial ware)

• Windows Anti-Forensics
  Introduction to Anti-Forensics Techniques
  Methods and tools used to thwart forensics analysis
  Methods to counter anti-forensics methods you can use
  

• Bring your laptop to participate in data hiding, file altering, and other anti-forensic techniques.  All software and demonstration files will be provided to you (no need to bring your dongles!)
