About the Computer Technology Investigators Network (CTIN)
CTIN has been providing high tech crime fighting training since 1996 in the areas of high-tech security, investigation, and prosecution of high-tech crimes for both private and public sector security and investigative personnel and prosecutors.  CTIN sponsors training from experts world-wide for the benefit of private organizations and law enforcement agencies.

 

Activities and Meetings 

Monthly meetings with instruction, presentations, and open discussion on various aspects of high tech crime, investigative strategies, and hardware/software tools.   CTIN also invites speakers and application develops from around the world for advanced training programs.

 

Training Sessions

CTIN provides quarterly training sessions on various high tech investigative topics.  Additionally, we meet for  monthly luncheons informally to discuss current solutions to problems and network (socially). 

 

Membership

CTIN includes members of federal, state, and local law enforcement, as well as from private investigations, corporate security, educational institutions, and the computer science community from around the world. Membership is free and is required to be approved for the listserv.
