The CTIN email list is available through Yahoo Groups.  An active membership application must be on file prior to being allowed to join the CTIN Yahoo Group. 

      Members are required to have an application on file for each year they wish to be members, otherwise, the membership will be considered inactive and the email address will be removed from the Yahoo Group.  Once your membership application is approved, you will be sent an invite to the email list.  This is updated annually in January, so be sure to continue your membership through the list.
